Returns and Exchanges

• If the complimentary Tulip purse is not returned, Launer London reserves the right to deduct its retail value from the refund amount.
• In the event of a handbag exchange, a complimentary Tulip purse will be issued only if promotional stock is available at the time of the exchange.
